If #1-3 is split between 2 OCs (ex. #2 a OC & another OC), the points will be split between the amount of OCs

Finally deciding to vote...finally. XD

So...its hard for me to judge all of your OCs, but with the few I've seen, I'll try my best.

1.) Michiko: After hearing a bit about her, and seeing how she is designed, I think she deserved my top vote. She seems popular and your most used OC, having put her in a variety of different situations.

2.) Claudia: After Rping with her, this one is a bit more...diverse...She is cruel, yes...but deep down...she does have some hurt which you proved. She's not just a "nope, going to be a brat all the time no matter what," she does have feelings. 

3.) Asra: Call it a bit biased that it was the first character we RPed together as, but...whatever. Thats my reason. Its really the only other character I can say "Hey, thats gamers!" by name. Bad reason yes, but its the best I could think of for a third spot.
